AAW Utilities was established as a dedicated company to develop, invest, co-own, and operate infrastructure developments, and utility services projects such as water supply, sewerage, and electrical power, in addition to, roads, airports, and sea ports. AAW Utilities is targeting projects under Public Private Partnerships.
AAW Utilities supports its partners with financing that can obtain very good financing rates to enable us to improve the overall cost of projects through knowledge of the market: civil contractors, local suppliers, regulations, etc. Specifically in the selection of qualified local civil contractors (if required) to join the EPC consortium. It also provides assistance and partnership in the implementation of the O&M service for the projects.
AAW Utilities has substantial financial and technical partners with a strong engineering background and can provide highly competent local leadership to the internationally recognized partners and nominated subcontractors to steer the projects in the right direction from the bidding stage through EPC, and O&M to the final handover.
In addition, AAW Utilities can provide all liaising with local legal, technical, and financial advisors to ensure sound implementation of the project during its lifespan, and that the project will meet all performance and local environmental requirements.
