Silversands North Coast, located at kilometer 222 Alex-Matrouh Road, is a touristic, service, and recreational village on 508 Feddans, AAW was appointed to design review and value engineering for infrastructure, roads and MEP.
Master plan for phases 2 to 4 is being finalized, total project BUA should be in the proximity of 750- 850 m2.
The design review and VE services are needed for the following project section :-
1- Multidisciplinary package for phase 1 (Residential) ( DD design stage ), having detail as follows:
Single family and chalet units : 604 units, 143 k m2 BUA, 7 portotypes.
