Senior Urban Planner

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in master planning /landscape with min. of 10 years experience (Master's degree is preferred).
• Experience in Mega Projects planning.
• Experience in the Gulf region and experience in planning regulations in the Gulf.
• Ability to conduct presentations to clients.
• Experience in the planning process from preparation and submission to client/ authority approval.
• Good experience in landscape design.
• Hand sketches skills in master planning and landscape are preferred.
• Skillful in planning and urban design software computer programs.
